Camden, London: Where to buy / get?

I am visiting London soon and am anxious to see Camden. I was there the last year, but we have very little time in Camden and no time to explore, and all markets, we are pretty rubbish, selling T-shirts, lighters The Simpson in it, poppers and magic mushrooms … Not quite the image I had of Camden. Where can you go to find unique things like clothes, bags, accessories, records, things like that? To be honest, shopping in Camden is not as good as it was. The rent of shops and stalls is so high that is pushing out many retailers.
