Question about mana burn Magic The Gathering?
Is it true that mana burn has been removed or is it just basic 2010 is ignored. Is it still recognized by the general rules for magic? "Experienced players expect to play aknowledging or has been abandoned by all magic tricks, even Pro Tour?
Since the launch of Magic 2010 the new rules, no more mana burn. Book is always empty because it was the same at the end of each phase, but there is no penalty for not spending all the manna that has been generated.
