Camden, London: Where to buy / get?

I am visiting London soon and am anxious to see Camden. I was there the last year, but we have very little time in Camden and no time to explore, and all markets, we are pretty rubbish, selling T-shirts, lighters The Simpson in it, poppers and magic mushrooms … Not quite the image I had of Camden. Where can you go to find unique things like clothes, bags, accessories, records, things like that? Moreover, the last time we went in a bar near Oxford Street, but were not impressed … Since we're staying in Camden, most likely, we would like a few places to go, not necessarily of the clubs, just somewhere with a great atmosphere and friendly people. To be honest, shopping in Camden is not as good as it was. The rent of shops and stalls is so high that is pushing out many retailers. This is not helped by all the tourists look but do not buy it, and are often local people were visiting on weekends because it is very busy. Depends on what you really want.
